Quinta do Algarvio is a brand new luxury accommodation that was completed in the summer of 2019. The accommodation is beautifully located on the slope above Carvoeiro village, with a bright and sunny resort feel around the winter-heated (26 degrees) saltwater pool. In short, this is absolutely top-class accommodation.
At Quinta do Algarvio you live in bright, well-proportioned, spacious townhouse apartments with modern, tasteful furniture and beautiful decoration on two levels (there are also a very limited number of single-storey apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms). On the ground floor you have a very well-equipped open kitchen with dining area, large living room, toilet and private patio facing the pool area. Upstairs there are two bright spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with shower/bath and one with shower. The state-of-the-art, highly efficient air conditioning means that you quickly have the ideal temperature in the apartment and the underfloor heating in the bathrooms is wonderfully soothing for your feet after a day on the golf course. Of course, there is good Wi-Fi and a large, modern flat-screen TV with international channels. Cleaning is done every 7 days, including changes of bed linen and towels/bath towels.
Quinta do Algarvio's resort area is fenced, has a reception and you park directly next to your townhouse where there is a practical small storage room for golf equipment at your own parking space.

Carvoeiro, which is beautifully located on the Atlantic cliffs, is a fantastic destination for visitors who want a quiet and relaxed holiday in a characteristic and charming town. The quiet atmosphere embraces with its many nice small restaurants, cafes and bars where freshly caught fish, delicious meat dishes and locally grown vegetables and fruit are offered. In and around Carvoeiro, many PT Golf guests gather and meet, which provides enjoyment and relaxation with new and old golf friends at our competitions, mingling and dinners. From the accommodation it is just over 2 km down to Carvoeiro's characteristic and beautiful sandy beach and the small town's cozy center with its restaurants, cafes and small shops.
There are practically no limits to the number of exciting excursion destinations in the vicinity. Just a few hundred meters east of the city center and beach is Algar Seco, an impressive cave formation caused by the corrosion of the Atlantic over the millennia. A few kilometers further west, cave enthusiasts can get their fill at Praia de Benagil, which can be visited by boat from the small village of Benagil. These cave formations are considered one of the best in Europe. To the west, a visit to picturesque Ferragudo is recommended, and if you want a dose of 'the pulse of the big city', a visit to Portimão with its wide range of restaurants and culture is recommended.
From Quinta do Algarvio you can easily reach many of the courses in the golf package. The favorites Gramacho and Pinta are only a 5-minute drive away, and the equally popular Silves takes only fifteen minutes. The very pleasant and easy-to-walk twin courses of Alamos and Morgado (where the European Tour has played) are about a 25-minute drive to the northwest.

Appointments for your own game are made via email, telephone and/or visit to the courses/clubs and in the Guest Portal where pre-booked times are earmarked for PT Golf's Guests. Registration for our competitions is made in the Guest Portal.
In the Guest Portal, 10 rounds (own play and competitions) can be booked from home, while the rest are booked on site in the Algarve according to the principle ‘play one, book one’. The time booking in the Guest Portal is common to all our Guests in the Western Algarve, which provides variety and playing together with both new and old friends.
