PT Golf has its own team on site during the main season, usually from early October to late November and from early February to mid-April. Hosts arrange competitions, social golf, dinners and other activities. Exact details are shown for each destination.
The season starts on October 1 and normally runs with many guests, competitions and social activities until April 30. The second half of April is quieter, with fewer guests and fewer organised activities. During mid-season, typically mid-December to late January, there are usually no pre-booked tee times, competitions or golf hosts, but the courses are open and golf is still enjoyable.
To play on your booked tee time you need PT Golf vouchers, which you receive from the golf host after arrival. Only PT Golf vouchers may be used for times booked through PT Golf or the guest portal. Vouchers cannot be used after your stay or sold to others who are not travelling with you.

Start by sending a non-binding enquiry through the website. Once the accommodation is confirmed, PT Golf sends a quote within 5 working days. The quote can be adjusted with other golf packages or upgrades if needed, and it helps if you already have approximate dates.
After the deposit is received, PT Golf sends a booking confirmation by email. You then receive login details for My Trip, where you can add flight information and follow the booking status. The balance is paid 60 days before arrival, and you also receive access to the guest portal for activities and tee times.
If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded minus an administration fee. For later cancellations, PT Golf provides a cancellation certificate for your insurance company.
