Manilva Sun is a good accommodation located about one kilometer up the coast road south of Estepona, only a quarter of a drive from the city.
The apartments have one or two bedrooms that are nicely located around the central pool area and are of a very good standard. You walk from the accommodation down to the small Los Hidalgos shopping center where there are grocery stores, a few restaurants and a gym.
The apartments at Manilva Sun have all the amenities such as Wi-Fi and flat screen TV. Nice kitchen, spacious and comfortable living room and balcony or patio. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering - complete with dishwasher and washing machine, fridge / freezer, stove / oven, microwave, coffee machine and crockery, cutlery and household utensils.
It is only a 5-minute drive, or 20-30 minutes walk, to the pleasant marina La Duquesa. Here there are a number of nice restaurants, cafes and bars as well as a pharmacy. Right next door we have the beautiful Playa de Sabanillas for walks and relaxation, and why not a refreshing swim in the sea before or after today's round of golf.
In 20 minutes you are in Estepona, this genuine little town that really lives all year round. Locals and tourists thrive here together, a bit away from the hectic and more 'touristy' areas to the east/north along the coast such as Marbella, Puerto Banús, and Torremolinos.
Estepona is a gem of a town, with a genuine Andalusian charm and a bubbling street life all year round. On this part of the coast you will find a number of picturesque towns where the curious and active traveler can find several options for, for example, mountain hiking or a trip on horseback. Here you can enjoy a stay filled with genuine local life, good golf, wonderful food, beach life and an outstanding mountain landscape.
From the airport in Málaga it takes just over an hour by car to Manilva Sun. From the accommodation it is close to most of the courses in the golf package, with Doña Julia being the closest (just 5 minutes by car). Follow the coastal road south towards Gibraltar which, with its special history and emblematic cliffs, should not be missed (driving time approx. half an hour).
Bookings for your own game are made in the Guest Portal where pre-booked times are earmarked for PT Golf's Guests. Registration for competitions is made in the Guest Portal where a total of 10 rounds (own game and competitions) are booked from home, while the rest are booked on site according to the principle 'play one, book one'.
