Fantastic city accommodation two hundred meters from the promenade in wonderful Estepona!
Centrally located in the lovely coastal town of Estepona is our superb city accommodation Estepona Miquel Ángel. Here you live close to everything - in the neighborhoods around the accommodation there are countless cafes, bars and restaurants with a wide range of everything from simple tapas to gastronomic highlights. Parking is available in the hotel's own underground garage across the street. We have apartments both on Plaza Miguel Ángel and on Avenida Juan Carlos I (a stone's throw away), see the map below.
The apartments at Estepona Miguel Ángel have one or two bedrooms and are decorated in a practical and traditional Spanish style. The apartments have all the amenities such as a good dishwasher and washing machine, wifi and a flat-screen TV in the spacious and comfortable living room. The kitchen is very well equipped for self-catering, complete with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of crockery, cutlery and household utensils.
Just a few hundred meters from the accommodation is Estepona's several kilometer long and well-kept promenade, with the beautiful playa right next door. Wonderful for walks and relaxation, and why not a refreshing swim in the sea before and/or after today's round of golf. Along the promenade there are countless nice restaurants, cafes and grocery stores for all tastes.
Estepona is an authentic and lively small town that lives all year round. Locals and tourists enjoy themselves here together in a convivial way, away from the hectic tourist pressure east/north along the coast such as Marbella, Puerto Banús, and Torremolinos.
Estepona is a pearl of a city, with a genuine Andalusian charm and a bubbling street life all year round. On this part of the coast you will find a number of picturesque towns and the curious and active traveler can find several options for, for example, mountain hiking or a trip on horseback. Here you can enjoy a stay filled with genuine local life, good golf, wonderful food, beach life and an exceptional mountain landscape.
From Malaga airport it takes about an hour by car to Estepona and the accommodation. Just south of Estepona there are a number of our golf courses along the road south towards Gibraltar which, with their special history and emblematic cliffs, should not be missed (driving time approx. 45 minutes).
From the accommodation it is close to the very nice golf courses that are included in our packages here. Estepona Golf (7 km/10 min) is varied and very popular with both resident and tourist Scandinavians as well as Doña Julia (12 km/15 min) which is a nice, varied and parkland course. Valle Romano is of the highest class with fantastic views. The gem La Cañada (25 km/25-30 min) – designed by Robert Trent Jr and originally built for all caddies and employees at the well-known championship courses Valderrama and Sotogrande – is located about half an hour south towards Gibraltar.
Bookings for your own game are made in the Guest Portal where pre-booked times are earmarked for PT Golf’s Guests. Registration for competitions is made in the Guest Portal where a total of 10 rounds (own game and competitions) are booked from home, while the rest are booked on site according to the principle ‘play one, book one’.
