Estepona Hills

On the hillside above the fantastic coastal town of Estepona is the brand new and state-of-the-art Mirador Estepona Hills. Mirador means viewpoint in Spanish, and that is indeed what this accommodation offers – namely a breath taking view of the Mediterranean Sea and the rolling mountain slopes.

The spacious bright apartments at Estepona Hills have two bedrooms and are state-of-the-art and luxuriously furnished with all comforts. There is a dishwasher and washing machine, wifi and flat-screen TV and a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering – complete with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine and crockery, cutlery and utensils.

In the area there is a large outdoor swimming pool, year-round open small cafes/bars and a fantastic fitness facility with padel and gym. The gym as well as group training (e.g. spinning, yoga and pilates) are included and are free of charge for our guests, while padel and tennis can be booked for a moderate fee. There is also a sauna here that can be booked for a nominal fee.

Estepona is a wonderfully pleasant little town that lives all year round. In about twenty minutes you walk down to the city’s historic center where you can enjoy the winding small streets with their cobbled squares and the full flower pots on the house facades. The height difference is impressive, so you can take a taxi ’home’ after today’s/evening’s city tour, costs 6-9 euros.

Here in the lively coastal town of Estepona, you can enjoy along the long promenade with its countless cafes, bars and restaurants with a wide range of everything from simple tapas to gastronomic highlights and walk through the historic districts with their cobbled charm. The city, with its genuine Andalusian charm, has a bubbling street life all year round. From the accommodation down to the central parts of the city, it is about 1½ km and only takes about 20 minutes walk. However it is downhill so most people take a taxi or a Uber back after dinner down town.

On this part of the coast you will find a series of picturesque small towns and the curious and active traveller find several options for mountain hiking or a ride on horseback. A stay filled with genuine life, good golf, wonderful food, beach life and an outstanding mountain landscape is offered.

From the airport in Málaga, it takes about one hour by car to Estepona Hills accommodation. If you continue south from Estepona, you reach a number of our golf courses on the way to our southernmost course Alcaidesa (approx. 30 min). To Gibraltar, with its special history and emblematic rocks which should not be missed, it takes about 45 minutes.

From the accommodation, it is close to many nice golf courses that are included in our packages. It takes about a quarter of an hour to drive to Doña Julia, Azata and Valle Romano. It takes about half an hour to La Cañada at Sotogrande. Our three courses in the Benahavis area east of Estepona are only a 20-30 minute drive.

Time booking for your own game is done in the Guest Portal, where pre-booked times are earmarked for PT Golf’s Guests. Registration for competitions is done in the Guest Portal, where a total of 10 rounds  can be booked from home, while the rest are booked on site according to the principle ’play one, book one’.

Upon arrival, you will receive all information regarding the golf game from our golf host on site.
