Leo Punta Umbría is located on the first line of the wide beach of Los Enebrales, surrounded by the beautiful Enebrales Natural Park. Here you live with the Atlantic Ocean outside your door, walking distance to the city center and close to other charming fishing villages, restaurants and nature experiences.
The apartments are tastefully designed and fully equipped with bedrooms with large beds, open-plan kitchen and living room, flat-screen TV, air conditioning and your own balcony or terrace. Large and spacious parking under the house for our guests and of course there is a lift from there to the upper floor. A few steps away there is a reception that is helpful if you need anything extra.
The complex has two paddle courts, a gym and a SPA with sauna, jacuzzi, thermal beds and hydrotherapy showers - all available and free of charge for our guests. There is also a large common room with sofas, books and billiards - a nice meeting place after a day of golf or beach. Right next to the accommodation is the unique Enebrales nature reserve, a coastal landscape with sand dunes, junipers and pine forests. On winding wooden walkways you can get down to the sea and have the chance to discover both flora and fauna - perfect for pleasant walks when you are free from golf.
Punta Umbría is a lively coastal town where traditional fishing meets modern beach life. A must is the Lonja de Punta Umbría, the central fish market where the day's catch is auctioned - a unique insight into coastal culture. At the same time, the city center is full of life: in the evenings the streets are filled with families and friends who, in true Spanish fashion, gather late to have dinner, walk and enjoy the warm atmosphere.
Just 20 minutes away is Huelva, a charming Andalusian city known for its history, tapas bars and fantastic gastronomy. Here you will find everything from the world's best gambas blancas (shrimp) to Iberian ham from Jabugo and local wines from Condado de Huelva. Perfect for a day trip – either by car or with the scenic boat trip across the estuary.
The Costa de la Luz, and especially Punta Umbría, is still a hidden gem for many – but that is precisely why it feels genuine and authentic. Magnificent nature, long beaches, golf courses, good food and hospitality await you here – without the large tourist crowds.
Our unique golf package Western Spain – Mixed Golf involves playing on ten different golf courses along the Costa de la Luz and into Portugal, with varying character, length and feel. The nearest golf course is Nuevo Portil, about a 10-minute drive from the accommodation. Here we also offer affordable packages with Free Golf on the two courses La Monacilla and Bellavista!
Booking times for your own game is primarily done via our Guest Portal (or app), where a basic range of starting times is reserved for our guests. It is also possible to book times via email, telephone or directly on site at the courses. Registration for our competitions is always done in the Guest Portal or app. You can book up to 10 rounds – both your own game and competitions – before arrival, while the remaining rounds are booked on site according to the principle “play one, book one”. The guest portal is shared by all our guests in the Western Algarve, which allows for varied games and pleasant fellowship with both new and familiar golf friends.
