Salema Beach

Salema Beach Village is a luxurious accommodation in the small idyllic and cozy village of Salema, at the far end of the Atlantic coast. The area is very beautiful with high cliff formations along the coastline and easily accessible sandy beaches. This stretch of coast is a surfer’s mecca but also offers quiet comfort in small fishing villages, of which Salema is a golden example. Here you are close to ”the undiscovered Algarve” with Sagres at the far southwest tip and the long, beautiful, wild and exciting Atlantic coastline Costa Vicentina that extends north. A perfect place for guests seeking tranquility and nature experiences with Luz and Lagos just under half an hour away.

Salema Beach Village is of the highest class and quality. The accommodation is characterized by its size and comfort, as well as the generous outdoor areas with their abundant admission of natural light.

At Salema Beach Village we offer duplex apartments with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. The bedrooms are located on the lower floor with two bathrooms, one of which has a massage bath. On the upper floor there is a bright and airy living room with a large sofa, armchair and a spacious dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen.

The apartments have everything you could wish for; good Wi-Fi, ample kitchen equipment, dishwasher & washing machine, drying rack, cleaning equipment. A large flat-screen TV is in the living room and a slightly smaller TV is in the ’master bedroom’. All apartments have a patio and terrace, and the entire complex faces south-southwest towards the sea.

The resort has a 24-hour reception, bicycle rental and an outdoor gym, tennis court and outdoor pool.

The distance from Salema to the nearest golf course Santo António Golf is just under 5 minutes. Espiche and Boavista are also close and convenient, only about twenty minutes drive from Salema.

Our unique golf package Western Algarve – Optional Golf involves playing on 15 different golf courses along the coast, from Santo António in the far west to Vila Sol in Vilamoura.

From the accommodation you can easily and quickly reach several of the courses in the golf package, and no course is further away than three quarters of a mile by car. Bookings for your own game are made via email, phone and/or visits to the golf courses/clubhouse or in ur Guest Portal where pre-booked times are earmarked for PT Golf’s Guests.                        

Registration for our competitions is made in the Guest Portal.

In the Guest Portal, 10 rounds (own game and competitions) can be booked from home, while the rest are booked on site in the Algarve according to the principle ’play one, book one’. Bookings in the Guest Portal are common to all our Guests in the Western Algarve, which provides variety and games together with both new and old friends.

Upon arrival, you will receive all information regarding golf from our golf host on site.
