Boavista is one of the Algarve's most popular golf resorts, with a lovely 18-hole course, spacious and well-equipped duplex apartments and a modern SPA with heated indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna.
In the Bela Colina Village area, you can live comfortably in bright and modern apartments with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, spread over two floors with both a balcony and a patio. All have good Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchens, so you can choose between cooking your own food or enjoying meals in the restaurant next door. The area has a full-service reception and an outdoor pool directly adjacent to the accommodation.
Bela Colina at Boavista offers two categories of apartments: Standard and Superior. The Superior apartments are located higher up in the area and have both a balcony and patio overlooking the green courtyard. Here you can enjoy morning or afternoon sun and also receive free access to Boavista's Essential SPA and an exclusive deluxe welcome pack upon arrival. The standard apartments have the same high standard but with a little less sun during the day. Guests here can use the SPA facility, indoor pool and gym for a small fee.
From Boavista you are close to Lagos, a lively city with a wide range of restaurants, cafes and bars - many in the charming old town. The cozy village of Luz is also nearby, and by car you can easily continue towards Sagres and the dramatic scenery of the Atlantic coast.
The clubhouse is an obvious gathering place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a restaurant, bar and lounge as well as a large sunny terrace at the 19th hole with views of the bay of Lagos and the 18th green. Boavista regularly organizes events such as wine evenings and barbecues, and the popular Sunday classic traditional carvery is well worth a visit.
In terms of golf, the location is excellent - Boavista is within the area, and Espiche and Palmares can be reached in about 15 minutes. As our guest here, you also have access to our unique golf package Western Algarve – Optional Golf, which means playing on 15 different golf courses along the coast – from Santo António in the far west to Vila Sol in Vilamoura.
There really is something for all playing levels and tastes: long and challenging or shorter and more technical. Flat and walkable or hilly and breathtaking. Play on the same course throughout your stay – or try a new course every day. The possibilities are almost endless!
Booking times for your own game is primarily done via our Guest Portal (or app), where a basic range of starting times is reserved for our guests. It is also possible to book times via email, telephone or directly on site at the courses. Registration for our competitions is always done in the Guest Portal or app. You can book up to 10 rounds – both your own game and competitions – before arrival, while the remaining rounds are booked on site according to the principle “play one, book one”. The guest portal is shared by all our guests in the area, which provides the opportunity for varied games and pleasant fellowship with both new and familiar golf friends.
