At Apartamentos LEO San Bruno you live literally on the beautiful sandy beach Playa de San Bruno Isla Canela. From this small, well-established resort, you walk across a little 'boardwalk' for just 50 metres to the sand for lovely strolls and perhaps a refreshing dip. LEO San Bruno is located in a peaceful, secluded setting on the edge of the Playa de Isla Canela area.
The apartments at San Bruno are very pleasant and well-appointed. Well-equipped kitchens with everything you need for a comfortable Longstay with self-catering, combined with a light and airy living room and two bedrooms. Apartments are available on the ground floor with a patio, as well as on upper floors with a balcony or terrace. Truly charming accommodation with easy access to both Isla Canela's wonderful sandy beaches, restaurants, cafés and shops, and to the golf courses in the area. During the late autumn and winter season not all are open, but the town of Ayamonte, 10 minutes away, buzzes with life!
Our T1s – that's accommodation with one bedroom – work well for the solo traveller, but for couples we recommend choosing a T2 instead. There is also one, just one, magnificent apartment with 3 bedrooms, a huge terrace, three-metre ceilings and a flat-screen TV in every room. If you're two couples wanting to stay together, this is a wonderful option! Price example with light golf package 945€ per person.
To the charming border town of Ayamonte with its vibrant street life and excellent restaurant scene, it takes only just over {number} minutes by car. From there you can take the ferry across to Portugal and the sister town Vila Real do Santo António on the other side of the mouth of the Guadiana River. By car it takes only a quarter of an hour to Castro Marim, or about half an hour to Tavira in Portugal.
Our unique golf package Western Spain – Mixed Golf features play on ten different golf courses along Costa de la Luz and into Portugal, with varying character, length and feel. To the nearest course, Isla Canela Old Course, it takes just 10 minutes, and all the other courses are within a 30-40 minute drive. For play on our other three courses in Eastern Algarve, vouchers can be exchanged (for an additional fee) or purchased separately.
Booking tee times for your own play is done primarily via our the guest portal (or app), where a core selection of tee times is reserved for our guests. It's also possible to book times via email, phone or directly at the courses. Entry to our competitions is always made through the guest portal or the app. You can book up to 10 rounds – both your own play and competitions – before arrival, while remaining rounds are booked on-site on a 'play one, book one' basis. the guest portal is shared by all our guests in the area, giving you the chance to enjoy varied play and pleasant socialising with both new and old golfing friends.

Costa de la Luz
Costa de la Luz stretches from the Portuguese border at Ayamonte via Isla Canela, El Rompido and Punta Umbría to Huelva. Here the coast is flat, the beaches stretch for miles and the golf courses are varied – from the links-style Isla Canela to the woodland courses at El Rompido. The area is less developed than Costa del Sol and prices are generous.
Isla Canela and Islantilla are the main resorts – modern holiday areas right on the beach with promenades, restaurants and golf on your doorstep. Ayamonte on the Guadiana River offers authentic everyday Andalusian life with tapas bars and a Saturday market, and on your rest day Doñana National Park, the Columbus sites around La Rábida or Portuguese Tavira across the border beckon. Fly to Faro – the transfer takes just over half an hour.
