Lakeside

Lakeside Country Club is a spectacular property in the well-known area of Quinta do Lago, just east of Vilamoura. Lakeside is beautifully located right next to the lake Lago with a couple of cozy restaurants/bars. Furthermore, it is a nice half-hour walk down to the Atlantic Ocean and the mile-long Praia de Quinta do Lago.

At Lakeside we have apartments with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom or 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All apartments are modern, bright and of the highest quality in every detail. Large living room, fully equipped kitchen, good Wi-Fi and spacious balcony with table and chairs. At Lakeside there is a large heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a small gym available to our guests at no extra cost. There is also a tennis court and a ping-pong room for those who wish to supplement with ball games outside the golf course.

The nearest shopping center with everything you need is ”Quinta Shopping”, which is only a 5-minute drive from the property. The fashionable coastal town of Vilamoura can be reached in about 20 minutes with everything you can think of in terms of marina, shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars and cultural offerings. Between Quinta do Lago and Vilamoura we have the charming village of Quarteira (20 min) with a lovely folk life and many cozy taverns for a relaxing and delicious lunch or dinner.

We have a range of golf packages and combinations in the Central Algarve based mainly on the highly rated courses Vila Sol in Vilamoura (drive time approx. 20 min) and Pinheiros Altos in Quinta do Lago (10 min). In addition to these courses, you can upgrade to rounds of five packs at Quinta do Lago (Laranjal, North & South) and Dom Pedro (Old Course, Millenium, Pinhal & Laguna*) . All courses are within a 20 minute drive from Lakeside.

Time booking for your own game at is done via email, phone and/or visit to the golf courses/clubhouse or direct to Vila Sol, Pestana as well in our Guest Portal where pre-booked times are earmarked for PT Golf’s Guests.

Our golf competitions in the area are played mostly at Vila Sol in Vilamoura and registration to the competition is done in our Guest Portal. In the Guest Portal, 10 rounds (own game and competitions) can be booked from home, while the rest can be booked on site in the Algarve according to the ’play one, book one’ principle. The time booking in ur Guest Portal is for all our Guests in the Central Algarve, which provides variety and games together with both new and old friends.

Upon arrival, you will receive all information regarding the golf game from our on-site golf host.
