Here you'll stay in a charming, traditional Portuguese house just outside Cabanas de Tavira, only a few minutes from Ria Formosa. The house has its own courtyard with outdoor dining area, sun loungers and barbecue – a peaceful spot to enjoy the winter sun after golf.
The house is compact with two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds – a shower room and a bright living room with comfortable sofa, TV with international channels and fast wifi. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher and oven, and the house has air conditioning.
Benamor Golf is just 1.5 kilometres away and to the beach, restaurants and shops in Cabanas it's just over a kilometre. Two parking spaces are included.

East Algarve
East Algarve, from Faro to the Spanish border, is the stretch of coast that has best preserved its original character. Tavira is one of Portugal's most beautiful small towns, with its churches, the Roman bridge and an excellent selection of restaurants. Beyond lies Ria Formosa, a lagoon landscape with islands and long sandy beaches reached by small ferries. Golf is played on courses such as Benamor, Quinta da Ria, Quinta de Cima and Castro Marim.
Here you enjoy a quieter pace than in the west: Cabanas and Tavira's beach islands are reached by small ferries, the market hall displays the day's catch and the evenings are peaceful. If you fancy a change of scenery, Spanish Ayamonte is just a short drive away over the Guadiana bridge. Winter is mild and tranquil, with empty beaches and plenty of tee times available.
