Hacienda Riquelme offers modern apartments built with low density to preserve the natural environment. The area is surrounded by green spaces, parks, and golf courses, all centered around a charming colonial-style house from the late 19th century. This historic house, once home to the Riquelme family, has been restored into a cozy hub. Here you’ll find the popular restaurant El Casón, a grocery store, and a golf shop run by an English couple deeply rooted in the region.

Amenities and Facilities. The apartments are equipped to meet all your needs: Central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort, unlimited broadband for work or entertainment, fully equipped kitchens with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, underground parking with remote-controlled access and ⁠24-hour security to ensure a safe environment.

Hacienda Riquelme is only 20 minutes from the golden beaches of Mar Menor and the charming village of Los Alcázares. Here, you can immerse yourself in local culture, gastronomy, and history. For those eager to explore further, both Murcia and Cartagena are a short drive away, offering vibrant city life with shopping, restaurants, and marinas.

The region of Murcia, known as one of Europe’s driest areas, enjoys a pleasant winter climate with only 300 mm of annual rainfall – perfect for golf enthusiasts from northern Europe.

We book your rental car for collection and return at Alicante airport. The drive to Mar Menor Village takes about 1 hour south down towards the village of Los Alcazares.

Our unique golf package ”Murcia” offers optional play on seven golf courses of varying character, length and feel. The Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail is a unique golf experience consisting of six Nicklaus Design Golf Courses of the highest quality and design. The courses Mar Menor, La Torre, Saurines de la Torre, Riquelme, El Valle and Alhama make the region of Murcia one of the most important golf destinations in Europe, a ”European Arizona”. Four of these are included in our track package!

Time bookings for your own game are made via email, telephone and/or visits to the courses/clubs as well as in the Guest Portal, where pre-booked times are earmarked for PT Golf’s Guests, which provides variety and games together with both new and old friends.

Competition registration is done in the Guest Portal, where you can pre-book up to 10 rounds from home, while the rest are booked on site according to the ’play one, book one’ principle.

On arrival, you will receive your vouchers for your golf package from our golf host on site.
