Welcome to our latest addition in Spain – Playa Torrevieja! An excellent choice if you're looking for comfortable, sunny Longstay accommodation with easy access to both the sea, golf courses and vibrant town life. You'll stay in the Villa Amalia district, just south of Torrevieja's centre, in a quiet and welcoming area that, together with the popular neighbouring areas Mar Azul and La Veleta, creates a peaceful oasis in this otherwise lively coastal town.
From your apartment, it's just a 3–4 minute walk to the beach – perfect for a morning stroll along the water or a late afternoon glass of wine at one of the charming chiringuitos (beach bars) serving food and drink with views across the Mediterranean. Torrevieja's centre is about two kilometres away – a vibrant small town that thrives year-round with markets, a harbour promenade, restaurants, shopping, culture and local life.
The accommodation offers fresh apartments with two bedrooms, open-plan layout between kitchen and living room, and a balcony or terrace – some with both a balcony and a private roof terrace with sun from all directions. All balconies overlook one of the peaceful pool areas. The buildings are built on two levels, and you can choose to stay either on the ground floor or one level up. Each apartment comes with its own parking space in the underground garage, which you access via elevator from ground level – a great benefit if you want easy access to your rental car.
As a PT Golf guest in Torrevieja, you're in Alicante province, right on the border with Murcia, giving you a fantastic location with access to golf courses in both regions. Play in Murcia one day, along Costa Blanca the next – and discover a wide selection of courses with different character, difficulty and setting.

Torrevieja
Torrevieja on southern Costa Blanca has been a Scandinavian favourite for decades: the microclimate around the pink salt lagoons is considered one of Europe's healthiest, the town has a harbour, seafront promenade and a wide choice of restaurants, and you'll hear Swedish spoken on the streets all year round.
The golf courses are close by in Orihuela Costa just to the south – Villamartín, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Lo Romero, Vistabella and La Finca – and Alicante airport is within forty minutes. The palm grove in Elche and Orihuela's cathedral make for pleasant day trips.
The town is alive all year: the seafront promenade, Friday market – one of Spain's largest – and the Scandinavian community life make it easy to settle in even for longer stays. The nature reserve around the pink salt lagoons offers flamingos and walking trails, and shopping is centred around Zenia Boulevard ten minutes to the south.
