We are delighted to present our new accommodation option in south-west Spain, near the popular town of Rota and just a short journey from the historic city of Cádiz.

Punta Candor Suites offers an excellent location that combines proximity to both town and nature. The apartments are just 5 km from Rota's charming town centre, where you can enjoy the town's rich culture, local restaurants and pleasant shopping streets. Furthermore, some of the region's most beautiful beaches, including the popular Punta Candor beach, are within walking distance – perfect for peaceful seaside strolls. For us golf enthusiasts, Costa Ballena Golf Club, one of the area's finest golf courses, is just a 10-minute drive away.

The apartments are bright and fully equipped with modern comforts such as a cooker, oven in most apartments, washing machine and dishwasher. Each apartment has one or two bedrooms and there is underground parking beneath the buildings. Here you can enjoy comfortable and independent accommodation with proximity to both beach and golf.

Living on the edge of town life gives you the best of both worlds – you can enjoy the town's atmosphere whenever you wish, yet you also have the advantage of staying in a peaceful and relaxing environment. You have the opportunity to prepare your own meals and look after yourself in a tranquil setting. At the same time, you have quick and easy access to the roads that take you to golf courses and other attractions in the area.

Rota town centre is easily reached in ten minutes by car. The town is known for its rich gastronomy and offers many pleasant tapas bars and fish restaurants. During the winter months, Rota is a lively and charming town with cobbled streets and small squares, where you can enjoy a glass of 'Sherry fino' and some tapas. Cádiz lies just approximately 47 km from Rota, a historic gem and Europe's oldest continuously inhabited city. Here you will find picturesque alleys, impressive stone buildings and fascinating historical attractions. Don't miss a visit to Jerez de la Frontera, the home of sherry, where you can take part in sherry tastings, explore the old town and see the famous horse show at the Royal Riding School.

The rental car is collected and returned at Málaga airport.

The drive to Rota is a natural experience and takes 2½ hours along the Mediterranean coast southwards down to Algeciras and then through the Los Alcornocales national park to Costa de la Luz. The slightly more winding and scenic inland route through Andalusia's rolling landscape takes approximately 3 hours and tempts you with a pleasant break at one of the many authentic villages along this route. A bit longer to drive from the airport but a lovely natural experience. The rental car can also be booked for collection and return at Faro airport, in which case the driving time is approximately 4 hours.

With us, you have the market's by far broadest and best golf packages with as many as 12 high-quality golf courses for all playing levels and tastes. Long and challenging or shorter and more technical. Flat and easy walking or undulating and exhilarating. Play on just one or a few golf courses, or try a new golf course every day. The possibilities are almost endless!

Booking tee times for your own play is primarily done via our the guest portal (or app), where a basic selection of tee times is reserved for our guests. It is also possible to book times via email, telephone or directly at the golf courses. Entries to our competitions are always made in the guest portal or app. You can book up to 10 rounds of golf – both your own play and competitions – before arrival, whilst remaining rounds are booked on site according to the principle of 'play one, book one'. the guest portal is shared by all our guests in the area, which gives you the opportunity to vary your play and enjoy pleasant fellowship with both new and familiar golf friends.
