Estepona Hills – golf on the Costa del Sol!
State-of-the-art and exceptionally luxurious apartment accommodation with wonderful views over mountains and sea!
Perched on the hillside above the beautiful coastal town of Estepona sits the brand-new and state-of-the-art Mirador Estepona Hills. Mirador means viewpoint in Spanish, and that is truly what this accommodation offers – namely breathtaking views towards the Mediterranean and the rolling mountain slopes.
The spacious, light apartments at Estepona Hills have two bedrooms and are state-of-the-art and luxuriously furnished with every comfort. There is a dishwasher and washing machine, wifi and a flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering – complete with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine and crockery, cutlery and kitchenware.
The estate features a large outdoor pool (normally not open in winter) and a fantastic fitness facility with padel and gym. The gym as well as group training (such as spinning, yoga and pilates) are included and free of charge for our guests, whilst padel and tennis can be booked for a fee. There is also a sauna available for booking at a symbolic cost of 3€ per visit.
Estepona is a wonderfully charming little town that thrives year-round. About twenty minutes' walk takes you down to the town's historic centre where you can enjoy the winding narrow streets with their cobbled squares and colourful flower baskets adorning the building facades. The change in altitude is impressive, so a taxi home after your day's or evening's town tour is well worthwhile, costing 6-9 euros.
In this vibrant coastal town of Estepona, you'll enjoy the long seafront promenade with its countless cafés, bars and restaurants offering everything from simple tapas to gastronomic highlights, and you can wander through the historic quarters with their cobbled charm. The town, with its genuine Andalusian character, has a buzzing street life year-round. From the accommodation to the town's central areas is a 30-40 minute walk. However, there is a 100-metre elevation difference, so most people take a taxi or Uber home after dinner.
On this stretch of coast you'll find a range of picturesque towns, and the curious and active traveller can find several options for activities such as mountain walking or horse riding. A stay here offers genuine local culture, excellent golf, wonderful food, beach life and stunning mountain scenery.
From Málaga airport it takes approximately one hour by car to Estepona and the accommodation. Heading south from Estepona you'll reach several of our golf courses on the way to our southernmost course Alcaidesa (approximately 30 minutes). To Gibraltar, with its special history and iconic cliffs which shouldn't be missed, it takes approximately 45 minutes.
From the accommodation it's close to the very pleasant golf courses included in our packages here. It takes approximately a quarter of an hour to drive to Doña Julia and Valle Romano. To La Cañada near Sotogrande takes approximately half an hour. To our three courses in the Benahavis area east of Estepona is just a 20-30 minute drive.
Booking tee times for your own play is done in the guest portal where pre-booked times are reserved for PT Golf guests. Entry to competitions is done in the guest portal where a total of 10 rounds of golf (your own play and competitions) are booked from home, whilst the remaining rounds are booked on site according to the 'play one, book one' principle.
Upon arrival you will receive all information regarding golf from our golf host on site. Welcome!

Estepona
Estepona is the quieter, western stretch of Costa del Sol – a genuine town with a whitewashed old quarter bursting with flower pots, a marina, 21 km of coastline and a seafront promenade that runs all the way to Marbella. The neighbouring Manilva offers vineyards and the fishing village of La Duquesa.
Golf courses are plentiful: Valle Romano and Estepona Golf in town, Doña Julia and La Duquesa in Manilva, and further west lies the Sotogrande area. Marbella and Puerto Banús are just 20 minutes away, and Gibraltar and Ronda make classic day trips.
Estepona has kept its Spanish character: the market hall, tapas bars on the squares and street murals adorning the gable ends of the old town. Winter golf is first-class – mild days, lush courses and plenty of tee times – and if you fancy seeing snow the same day as the beach, set your sights on Sierra Bermeja, which rises directly behind the town.
