Pulpi Beach Apartments

At Mar de Pulpí we offer first-class accommodation at our Pulpi Beach Apartments, located directly on the beach. These accommodations are modern and functional, built about 10 years ago. They are specially equipped for long-term living and have open floor plans with spacious kitchens and living rooms all in one. The kitchens are fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Each apartment has high speed internet connection as well as central heating and air conditioning for optimal comfort. Our accommodations include both one and two bedrooms, with the option of a roof terrace or view of the shimmering Mediterranean Sea (Frontline).

The houses at Pulpí Beach Apartments are spread over two floors, with the ground floor apartments having their own small gardens (with both one and two bedroom options).

On the second floor there are apartments with two bedrooms and a roof terrace, as well as a balcony. For those who desire an uninterrupted view of the Mediterranean Sea, we offer Frontline apartments with two bedrooms and garden on the ground floor or two bedrooms, balcony AND roof terrace on the second floor. All buildings in Pulpí Beach Apartments have a lift and underground garages are available free of charge. All apartments with two bedrooms also have two bathrooms.

Each residential complex has access to a shared pool area, located between the houses and the promenade. Here you will find a heated pool open all year round, an outdoor jacuzzi and sun loungers and parasols for relaxation. The complex also includes a smaller center with a grocery store, a gym, and several restaurants that are open year-round, with the exception of some during the off-season in December and January.

Only 3 minutes away is the nearest village, San Juan de los Terreros, a charming former fishing village with a range of restaurants and grocery stores.

A further ten minutes away is the town of Aguilas, known for its outstanding gastronomy. In the old town there is a rich selection of tapas bars, fish restaurants and cafes to explore and enjoy.

Almería is one of the places in Europe with the least rainfall, with only 300 mm per year. This creates a perfect climate for long stays during the winter, with 325 sunny days a year and an average temperature of 18.4 degrees.

We book your rental car for collection and return at Alicante airport.

There are daily flights from Scandinavia to Alicante. The drive from the airport to the accommodation takes about 2 hours on the fine highway.

Our unique golf package gives you your choice of play on four golf courses of varying character, length and feel along this beautiful part of Spain.

Time bookings for your own game are made via our Guest Portal, email, telephone and/or visits to the courses/clubs. In our Guest Portal, there are pre-booked times earmarked for PT Golf’s Guests, which provides variety and games together with both new and old friends. Competition registration is done in the Guest Portal, where you can pre-book up to 10 rounds (your own game and competitions) from home, while the rest are booked on site according to the ’play one, book one’ principle.
