Manilva Sun is a fine apartment building situated approximately one kilometre inland from the coastal road, south of Estepona, just a fifteen-minute drive from the town.
The apartments feature one or two bedrooms arranged pleasantly around a central pool area and maintain an excellent standard. You can walk from the accommodation down to the small shopping centre Los Hidalgos, where you'll find groceries, several restaurants and a gym.
The apartments at Manilva Sun come with all the comforts you need: Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV. There's a pleasant kitchen, a spacious and comfortable lounge, and a balcony or terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering – complete with dishwasher and washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker/oven, microwave, coffee maker, and crockery, cutlery and utensils.
The charming marina at La Duquesa is just a five-minute drive away, or a twenty to thirty-minute walk. You'll find several lovely restaurants, cafés and bars here, plus a pharmacy. Right next door is the wonderful Playa de Sabanillas, perfect for strolls and relaxation – why not take a refreshing dip in the sea before or after your round of golf?
Estepona is just twenty minutes away – a genuine little town that really comes alive all year round. Locals and visitors alike enjoy the authentic atmosphere here, away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas to the east and north along the coast, such as Marbella, Puerto Banús and Torremolinos.
Estepona is a jewel of a town, with genuine Andalusian charm and vibrant street life throughout the year. This stretch of coast is dotted with picturesque towns where the curious and active traveller will find plenty of options – from mountain walks to horseback riding. Your stay promises genuine local culture, wonderful golf, excellent food, beach life and spectacular mountain scenery.
From Málaga airport, it's just over an hour's drive to Manilva Sun. The accommodation is conveniently close to most of the golf courses in your golf package, with Doña Julia the nearest at just five minutes' drive. Follow the coastal road south towards Gibraltar, with its fascinating history and iconic rock formations – well worth a visit (about thirty minutes' drive).
You can book tee times for your own play through the guest portal, where reserved times are set aside for PT Golf guests. To enter competitions, use the guest portal to pre-book a total of ten rounds of golf (your own play and competitions) before you arrive, with the remaining rounds booked on site on a 'play one, book one' basis.

Estepona
Estepona is the quieter, western stretch of Costa del Sol – a genuine town with a whitewashed old quarter bursting with flower pots, a marina, 21 km of coastline and a seafront promenade that runs all the way to Marbella. The neighbouring Manilva offers vineyards and the fishing village of La Duquesa.
Golf courses are plentiful: Valle Romano and Estepona Golf in town, Doña Julia and La Duquesa in Manilva, and further west lies the Sotogrande area. Marbella and Puerto Banús are just 20 minutes away, and Gibraltar and Ronda make classic day trips.
Estepona has kept its Spanish character: the market hall, tapas bars on the squares and street murals adorning the gable ends of the old town. Winter golf is first-class – mild days, lush courses and plenty of tee times – and if you fancy seeing snow the same day as the beach, set your sights on Sierra Bermeja, which rises directly behind the town.
