Booking a trip with PT Golf should be as smooth as sinking a one-metre putt (well – almost). You don't need to log in anywhere, you don't need to pay for the whole trip upfront, and you'll always have personal contact with our booking agents. Here's how it works – step by step – from finding your destination to standing on the first tee with the sun in your face and a series of rounds of golf ahead of you.

• Choose how many rounds of golf you'd like and whether you want to hire a buggy
• Think about whether you'd like a rental car through us (it's included on 14-day trips)
• Fill in an inquiry with these details – no obligation, of course
• We'll come back with a personal quote
• Once you say yes, you pay 15% – the rest 60 days before departure
• You'll have access to the guest portal 60 days before arrival, where you can book your rounds
• On site, our golf hosts will look after you

Choose a destination and accommodation that suits you
It all starts on our website – ptgolf.se. Here you'll find our different destinations in Portugal and Spain, with accommodation, golf courses, area descriptions and prices. You choose the area and accommodation that feels right for you – perhaps near the sea, in the heart of town, or at a resort with its own course?
Decide how much golf you want to play
You choose how many rounds of golf you'd like included in your package – that's the total number of rounds for your entire stay, not per month. Want to play more? No problem – you can always buy extra rounds (vouchers) on site. You also choose whether you'd like to hire a buggy through us. At some courses, the buggy is included in the voucher – in which case you collect it directly at the course. At other locations, we offer our own buggy hire.
Would you like to hire a rental car?
If you'd like to hire a rental car during your stay, just let us know in your inquiry, and we'll come back with a quote for the car as well.
Submit an inquiry
Once you know roughly what you'd like, fill in our inquiry form on the website. It's completely without obligation – you're not committing to anything.
We get to work straight away
Our booking agents contact the accommodation and check availability based on your requirements. Often we get a response the same day, but we aim to get back to you within five days.
You'll receive a personal quote
Once we've confirmed there's availability, we'll send you a quote. Want to make changes? No problem – we'll adapt everything until you're completely happy.
Confirm and pay
When you're ready to book, simply confirm via email. We'll then tell the accommodation that the booking is confirmed, and you pay 15% as a deposit within five days. The remainder is due no later than 60 days before departure.
the guest portal – your digital golf host
Once the final payment is made, you'll receive an invitation to our unique the guest portal (app). There you can:
• Register as a guest
• Book your first 10 group rounds or competitions (at any course included in your golf package – usually 5–15 courses!) Book the rest of your rounds easily on site – via the guest portal or directly with the courses.
• See the programme, book dinners and get all the practical information you need
Welcome – now the fun starts
When you arrive, our golf hosts will be waiting for you. They'll help you get started, hand over your vouchers and buggies (if you've hired from us), and make sure you feel welcome and well informed. Then it's just a matter of enjoying rounds of golf, friendship and new experiences.

At PT Golf, we don't book flights or transfers. You book your flight yourself – but from the moment you land, we look after you. We're the independent choice for those who love freedom but still want security and companionship.
