Here's how it works – step by step – from finding your destination to standing on the first tee with the sun in your face and a round of golf ahead of you.

- Search for destinations and accommodation on ptgolf.se
- Choose how many rounds you'd like and whether you want to hire a trolley
- Consider whether you'd like a car through us (included on 14-day trips)
- Fill in an enquiry form with these details – no obligation, of course
- We'll send you a personalised quote
- Once you confirm, you pay 15% – the rest 60 days before departure
- You'll have access to the Guest Portal 60 days before arrival, where you can book your rounds
- On the ground, our golf hosts will look after you

Choose a destination and accommodation that suits you
It all starts on our website – ptgolf.se. Here you'll find our different destinations in Portugal and Spain, with accommodation options, golf courses, area descriptions and prices. You choose the area and accommodation that feels right for you – perhaps near the coast, in the heart of town, or at a resort with its own course?
Decide how much golf you want to play
You choose how many rounds you'd like included in your package – that's the total number of rounds for your entire stay, not per month. Want to play more? No problem – you can always buy additional rounds (vouchers) on site. You'll also choose whether you'd like to hire a trolley through us. At some courses, a trolley is included in the voucher – in that case, you collect it directly at the course. At other locations, we offer our own hire trolleys.
Would you like to hire a car?
If you'd like to hire a car during your stay, just let us know in your enquiry, and we'll include a car hire quote in our proposal.
Submit an enquiry form
Once you have a rough idea of what you'd like, fill in our enquiry form on the website. It's completely without obligation – you're not committing to anything.
We get to work straight away
Our booking agents contact the accommodation and check availability based on your requirements. We often get a response the same day, but we aim to get back to you within five days.
You receive a personalised quote
Once we've confirmed there's availability, we'll send you a quote. Want to make changes? No problem – we'll adjust things until you're completely happy.
Confirm and pay
When you're ready to book, simply confirm via email. We'll then notify the accommodation that your booking is confirmed, and you'll pay 15% as a deposit within five days. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before departure.
The Guest Portal – your digital golf guide
Once final payment is made, you'll receive an invitation to our unique Guest Portal (app). There you can:
- Register as a traveller
- Book your first 10 social rounds or competitions (at any course included in your golf package – usually 5–15 courses!). You can book the rest of your rounds easily on site – via the Guest Portal or directly with the courses.
- View the programme, book dinners and get all the practical information you need
Welcome – now the fun begins
When you arrive, our golf hosts will be waiting for you. They'll help you get started, hand over your vouchers and trolleys (if you've hired from us), and make sure you feel welcome and well informed. Then it's simply a matter of enjoying the golf, the camaraderie and new experiences.

We at PT Golf don't book flights or transfers. You book your flight yourself – but from the moment you land, we take care of you. We're the independent option for those who value freedom but still want security and community.
